Could you please give us reference in manuals about the learningcloud Email Server?

Could we see what options it offers and what we can do with this functionality? What is it?

Ahora el administrador del cliente o tenant puede configurar su propio servidor de correo para las comunicaciones por correo electrónico dentro de la aplicación NetexCloud. ¿Cómo puedo configurarlo?

    • Navega hasta la configuración avanzada de tu cliente, selecciona el apartado "servidor de correo" y selecciona "configuración del servidor":

    • Introduce toda la información relativa a la configuración del correo de servidor de correo que quieres utilizar:

Nota: Si tu servidor de correo soporta codificación ASCII extendida, y deseas habilitarlo, sólo tienes que marcar la opción disponible para ello en esta pantalla de configuración.

    • Finalmente, tras aplicar la configuración, puedes probarla mandando un correo de prueba:

Nota: Los usuarios con rol partner (es decir que administran varios clientes) seguirán usando el correo electrónico por defecto para las comunicaciones que reciben desde el panel de superadmin (es decir, desde nuestro dpto interno de operaciones).

As administrator of your own client or tenant, now you can configure your own email server in order to send all NetexCloud (user management) platform mail communications. How can you configure it?

  • Open your tenant advanced-configuration menu, go to "Email Server" tab or menu, and select "Server configuration":

  • Introduce all the needed information so that NetexCloud can make use of the external server:

Note: If your server email supports extended ASCII-encoding, you can indicate so by activating the corresponding option on this section.

  • Finally, after applying or saving all the given server configuration, you can test it by sending a test email:


Note: Partner-role users (specific users that manage several tenants or clients) will continue using the default mail server provided by NetexLearning for all notifications that are sent through our superadmin portal, that is our operational portal.
