Gracias!

Te invitamos a seguir compartiendo tus ideas de mejora.

Saludos.

Hi Gema,

We have product owner's answer:

Good morning,

The user login is common between the app and the web application. This way, the app is transparent. When the user enters "jump" in the name and company we send "jump" to the cloud to authenticate.
It's true, there are certain things that can be contemplated, such as being case insensitive. In this case, because of the ASCII encoding of the characters, the programming languages allow us to "substitute" one ASCII character for another. In this case, they are different letters (for example the "a" from the "A"), however this type of slight modifications can be made. Much more complex is, instead, to try that the ASCII characters as a whole mean the same thing, that is, that the "á", "Á", "ä", "Ä" all mean "a" and "A". Besides that this would be for all customers, leading to many problems.

In conclusion, we cannot make this modification that the client demands, the reason is the same why it cannot be modified on the web.

Thank you!
