Hello

It would be nice to have a button within the app, in options that allows us to change the language, or, failing that it loads the language that the user has predefined on the platform.

Thank you!

Hola Pilar,

Muchas gracias!

Hi, Pilar,
learningCloud's product owner has responded:

Good morning, Pilar,

Do you mean the Central application or the learningCloud application? From product what we try is that the applications have the same languages configured both in the web version and in the mobile version, this way a user should be able to see his platform in the available language indistinctly of the device.

However, it is not a good practice that the mobile application has a different language than the one the user has configured in his phone. In this way, the language that the user has configured globally on his device always applies, and then the default language if this language does not exist.

This will still be the case as this is the natural way apps work. It doesn't matter the country or the language of the web version, but the language that the user has configured on his mobile and in which he expects all the apps to be.

Thank you very much!

Saludos!
