They want to know how to reset a user's record in learningCloud or how to solve this problem:
"2) Technical issues (or exceptions requested by a customer) to make the user need to do the activities again.
Ex, the internet connection was cut while performing an activity within a sprint; or the customer requests that a particular user be allowed to perform again X activity for whatever reason."
Is there a way to do it?
