I would like to add this improvement proposal: 

For excisting users placing them in a new group it works realtime, the trouble is with newly made user. This is really a big issue, because lots of users are in a face to face training when they are added in the environment, so they need the access right away.

Also on friday nov 8, this issue occured again. So I agree with Marco on this.

It's happening again today. You may not consider this a bug, but it's in any case a (big) problem for the customers which are not understanding why a basic operation forn any LMS like the import of users can take so much time (in some cases two or three hours)...  At the moment I really don't know how to justify this delay. Telling them that "different asynchronous processes have been launched at the same time" does not solve their problem.

This happened again to us on Friday. I setup a new account on Friday morning but our content wasn't visible to the new user until Monday. This is a regular issue and on average happens a couple of times a week. It is frustrating that this happens to a process which should be straight forward.

same for us, may times in the last period, with different customers

it's occuring on several clients, and they are becoming nervous!

This morning also a problem of activate/discativate users: I activate a user in the management area and in the LMS area it continue to be inactive.

Our product owner said regarding this improvement request:

During the last two weeks, our development team has been performing thoughtful and intensive tests in our pre production environments in order to reproduce, analyze, and understand several problems that our clients are facing when updating information between our platforms.
Conclusions have been presented internally, and several proposed options evaluated. We have now take actions towards the implementation of multiple improvements that we we want to execute during the next quarter.
We are terribly sorry for all the inconveniences you are experiencing but we want to reassure you that we have now a solid plan between our platforms so that the current situation improves. As said, these changes will be executed soon and delivered to you timely.

Today this synchronisation issue also occurred for a group made at 9.30h. This was not visible in LC at 11 nor 12h.

Just now (17.00h) for a test I made a new group and it was visible right away. Please take groups in consideration for this improvement, just as the users themselves.
