Webconference activity - Reports

My question is: LMSPack tracks if a user attended a webconference session but where the trainer can find this info? Is there a report? inside the course details (students) all info are equal to 0 (time, score, ...).

Second part of the question: cosnisering that LMSPack doesn't track the webconference session time, the trainer can solve this lack importing evaluations coming from the webconference system (e.g. MS Teams, in this case)?

Response from the development department.

When we refer to a "webconference", we are talking about Adobe Connect and currently the tracking is not recorded on the platform.

In the case of "external webconference" (eg MS Teams) the same thing happens.

Administrators and trainers can import the evaluations through excel (complying with the same format as the exported one) or by entering them by hand.

LearningCentral provides the mechanisms to import evaluations related to "webconference", manually or by bulk import, but in no case is an integration with the platform that offers the video conference. This mechanism is found in the "students" tab of the training session:

Cuando nos referimos a "webconference" estamos hablando de Adobe Connect y actualmente el seguimiento no se registra en la plataforma.

En el caso de "external webconference" (ej. MS Teams) sucede lo mismo.

Los administradores y los formadores pueden importar las evaluaciones a través de excel (cumpliendo el mismo formato que el exportado) o introduciéndolas a mano.

LearningCentral proporciona los mecanismos para importar evaluaciones referentes a "webconference", por vía manual o por importación masiva, pero en ningún caso se realiza una integración con la plataforma que ofrece la video conferencia. Dicho mecanismo se encuentra en la pestaña "estudiantes" de la propia acción formativa:

Our product owner said to us that all activities with a trainer (such as video conferencing) require that they be completed, for the following reasons:

- For the evaluation recalculation to be made and thus a "passed" or "failed" will be established as appropriate.
- Dependent tasks will be unlocked.

Thank you Dev Dept...but this answers only to the second part of my question.

The first one is related to the STATUS of the "external webconference" activity: I attendee to the webconference but the STATUS doesn't change to PASSED with two consequences: 1) as a admin/tutor I cannot know if a user has done the activity and 2) if the webconference activity is prerequisite for another activity, this condition can never become true
