The platform is designed to generate an access link for each student through their email.

Usually from the platform, a welcome email is sent directly to each student to access the portal and to take the courses to which they are called.

Our client launches a new query for us. You want to know if it is possible for you to send all of your students' access links to an address in your company and that managing person to forward that link to each student to call him or her to the course and to convene him internally to other his or her affairs.

That is, they would like to prevent us from the platform from sending the welcome emails to the students directly.

Is it possible to obtain this link from that group of students, copy it and provide it to the client to manage access to their students?

Lamentamos la demora en la respuesta, pero al ser un tema tan interesante ha creado mucho trabajo de alineación entre productos y ver el alcance de los mismos.

Tras reunirnos con los diferente departamentos la conclusión ha sido que necesitaría un desarrollo personalizado para hacerlo posible. Pero estratégicamente los productos han decidido mantener separadas las notificaciones por el momento.

After meeting with the different departments the conclusion was that it would need a customized development to make it possible. But strategically the products have decided to keep the notifications separate for the time being.
