Difference between Trainer and Training Manager

Excuse me, could you tell me the differences between the features that a Trainer would have and a Training Manager (from User Settings), please? I can't find it in the guide.

El Trainer/tutor es aquel usuario que puede ser inscrito en actividades presenciales, generar hoja de firmas y confirmar o no asistencia de los alumnos. (Es el usuario que imparte las actividades presenciales)
