groupadmin misses search function

Hi there,

the groupadmins on the netexCloud side do not have a search bar in the users tab. Also they can not see the users per group.

Could you please adjust this?

Our product owner reported this regarding this matter:

"This is an expected behavior since there is no user search panel. The "users" panel shows only the users that this user can manage (regardless of the group they belong to), the list of groups can always be consulted on each user's card."

"Este es un comportamiento esperado ya que no hay un panel de búsqueda de usuarios. El panel de "usuarios" muestra sólo los usuarios que este usuario puede gestionar (independientemente del grupo al que pertenezca), siempre se puede consultar la lista de grupos en la ficha de cada usuario".

Hi Paco,

This would not work for us. The groupsadmins in case of our client are the admin (for users, groups and enrollments) for a specific client within their organisation.

They are a callcenter for an airline and a large webshop and a bunch more organisations. The airline - groupadmin has nothing to do with the users of the webshop, and the other way around. So this is more the job of the admin in our point of view, just not system wide.

Could you have the productowner have another look at this please?

Improvements are voluntary developments by Netex that are accepted following the standards of this document.
