Buenos días
Nuestros cursos tienen marcada la opción de valorar con estrellas ¿Tengo alguna opción para sacar un listado de cursos y su valoración?

No la hay. La única información que se muestra de las valoraciones es en los informes de resultados de curso y plan, pero sólo una estadística general número de valoraciones, media y total de comentarios.
Nota, para que en estos informes se vean dichas opciones el curso/plan debe tener activadas las valoraciones y además se deben marcar mediante el engranaje (por defecto están marcadas).

Please bear in mind, in order for these reports to show these options, the course/plan must have the ratings activated and they must also be marked in the gear (by default they are marked).
