Administrator-managed access collections. Include Recipients (Auto Access)

maria.martinezga 12 months ago in learningCentral (LMS) updated by Francisco López (Team Leader) 11 months ago 2

In the same way in we can make an automatic registration in the courses (through the use of the Recipients tab and the Automatic Registration check), it would be good to be able to do the same in the registration in collections.

Now this inscription is static, because you have to maintain the set of users authorized to access the collection. I propose to include the Recipients tab and to be able to include a group of users here, so that any user who will be added to the group in the future will have access to the collection.

Hola Maria,

For cases like this, the best thing to do is contact your Netex Account manager to see if it would be possible to implement it as a custom development.
